What's new at FunFunGames

Friendly monthly notes about the improvements players can actually feel. This is the short version, not the full engineering changelog.

May 2026

Daily Solitaire, Daily Sudoku, exact share links, themes, and game discovery all got warmer and easier to use.

  • Daily Solitaire is here with today's shared Klondike deal, recent deal replays, and clean dated links.
  • Solitaire and Sudoku now have in-game Share buttons for copying the exact deal or puzzle you are playing.
  • Daily Sudoku now has a richer challenge hub with clearer start/resume/completed actions, recent history, and archive shortcuts.
  • Theme links now preserve day or night lighting, so shared pages open with the same mood you picked.
  • Sudoku and Solitaire result shares now point friends to the exact puzzle or deal instead of a generic game page.
  • The win share dialog has clearer action buttons, a challenge URL label, and cleaner icon treatment.
  • Lantern Peaks joined Solitaire as a surprise bonus game: clear peak cards in quick streaks, use one Spark save, and chase a compact score popup.
  • Added Sudoku technique guides for common solving patterns, with visual board examples that show how each technique works.
  • Improved Sudoku help with clearer rules, board visuals, and a richer walkthrough for learning how a puzzle works.
  • The home page was redesigned around faster game discovery, a clearer Sudoku Race spotlight, and a simpler continue-playing area.
  • Top and side ads were removed from the home page so the first screen can focus on games.
  • Game cards received refreshed art, stronger paper-like surfaces, clearer borders, and more playful shadows.
  • Site themes were tuned so light and dark modes feel richer and less washed out.
  • Game menus and timers got clearer, higher-contrast controls that leave more room for the numbers that matter.
  • Solitaire card movement and landing effects feel smoother, with clearer little celebrations when cards settle into place.
  • Solitaire received extra deck integrity checks to help prevent missing-card issues.

March 2026

Sudoku Race launched for live friend challenges, alongside a smoother month for daily play and save-and-resume.

  • Sudoku Race is live: create a private challenge link, invite a friend, and race the same puzzle head-to-head.
  • Sudoku Race and the Sudoku board received a theming refresh, clearer controls, and more polished live-game status surfaces.
  • Daily Sudoku now has clearer progress states, cleaner archive flow, and better resume cues.
  • Sudoku and Mine Finder are more dependable about saving your place when you switch away and come back later.
  • Live game timers now keep seconds visible, so long runs are easier to read at a glance.
  • Player stats got better diagnostics when something looks off in a browser.
  • The home page and top navigation got a polish pass for spacing, hover states, and back links.

February 2026

This month was all about fuller stats, stronger navigation, and a real home for Daily Sudoku.

  • Your player card grew into a fuller stats experience with weekly activity, game breakdowns, and clearer progress.
  • The Games area expanded into proper category pages, so browsing feels cleaner than one long homepage scroll.
  • Daily Sudoku picked up a hub, archive, progress tracking, and a solution review flow.
  • The site navigation and homepage calls-to-action were cleaned up across desktop and mobile.
  • The account foundation landed so the site can grow beyond browser-only identity over time.

  • Brick Blaster got cleaner surfaces and more reliable touch controls.
  • Sudoku picked up a small info bar and a more consistent layout.
  • Theme controls and dialogs were tuned to feel more cohesive across the site.
