Fun Fun Games is owned and operated by EFX Technical Solutions LLC (efxtech.com).

You can play without creating an account. We use privacy-first defaults and only collect direct identity data when you choose to sign in, contact us, or subscribe to updates.

Gameplay Data We Collect

To operate gameplay and improve quality, we collect first-party telemetry such as game ID, puzzle ID, difficulty, session timestamps, outcome metrics, and selected game events (for example moves, restarts, and win/loss outcomes).

We store an anonymous temporary identifier in cookies/local storage so we can keep your progress and stats on the same browser/device. This identifier is not your real name or email.

If you sign in, we may link anonymous gameplay history to your account identifier to provide cross-device continuity.

OAuth Account Data

If you sign in with Google, Microsoft, or Apple, we receive the provider subject identifier and may receive your email and display name (depending on provider response and your permissions). We use this data to authenticate your account, link identities across devices, and protect account integrity.

We do not receive your provider password. OAuth providers have their own privacy terms and controls.

Your Account Controls

In your player account area, you can export your linked account data, unlink providers, or delete your linked account. Deleting a linked account removes provider links and clears stored account profile fields from active records.

Retention

Anonymous gameplay and account records are retained as needed to operate the service, prevent abuse, and maintain reliability. If you delete your account, active account profile fields are removed and provider links are deleted. Operational logs and backups may retain limited records for a period required for security and recovery.

Cookies and Similar Storage

We use cookies/local storage for essential gameplay functions (session continuity, game preferences, and anonymous progress tracking). If you clear browser storage, anonymous progress may be lost.

Analytics & Ads: We may use third-party analytics or advertising tools (such as Google Analytics or AdSense) to understand how our games are used and to support our site. These tools may use cookies or similar technologies to collect non-personal usage data.

Newsletter Subscribers: If you sign up for our email list, we collect your email address (and optionally your first name) to send you updates and game news. We never sell or share your email, and you can unsubscribe at any time. We use Kit.com to manage subscriptions and send emails.

When you subscribe, you may be redirected to a welcome page with your first name in the address bar for personalization. We do not display or share your email address publicly, and these parameters are not stored by us.

Contact Information: If you contact us, we will only use your email to respond to your inquiry and will not share it with third parties.

Legal Basis and Use: We process gameplay/session/account data for service operation, account security, fraud/abuse protection, diagnostics, and product improvement.

Children’s Privacy: Fun Fun Games is not intended for children under 16 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you are under 16, please do not use this site or submit any personal information.
