Lantern Peaks Walkthrough

A short visual tour of what to look at and what to tap during a Lantern Peaks bonus game.

Step 1: Read the top controls

The draw pile and current card sit together. The match badge tells you the ranks you can play right now.

Draw pile

18 cards

Current card
6 of diamonds
You can play 5 or 7
5 of hearts
7 of spades
King of diamonds
2 of clubs
7 of diamonds
Jack of clubs
4 of spades
9 of clubs
Queen of hearts

Yellow cards are playable. Covered cards open after the exposed cards below them are cleared.

In this example, the current card is a 6, so the badge says you can play a 5 or a 7.

Step 2: Tap a glowing match

A playable exposed card glows with a yellow outline. Tap it to clear it. That card becomes the new current card, and the match badge updates.

5 of spades
7 of hearts

One rank lower or one rank higher.

What to do next: keep the streak going as long as matching cards are available.

Step 3: Prefer moves that reveal cards

Covered cards are locked. When both exposed cards beneath one covered card are cleared, the covered card flips open.

The strongest moves are often the ones that uncover a hidden card, because each reveal creates new choices.

What to do next: when you have choices, favor the move that uncovers a hidden card or gets you closer to a top peak.

Step 4: Draw when there is no match

If nothing glows, tap the draw pile. The drawn card becomes the current card and gives you a new pair of ranks to chase.

No match?
Draw

Draw when no exposed card is one rank away. Drawing resets the streak.

Spark
1 use
King of diamonds

Spark clears any exposed card once. Use it when it opens a covered card or saves a strong streak.

Drawing is normal. Just remember: draw cards are limited, and drawing resets the current streak.

Step 5: Use Spark deliberately

Spark lets you clear any exposed card once. The best Spark use is usually a card that opens a covered card, clears a top peak, or keeps a big streak alive.

Tap Spark first. Then tap the exposed card you want to clear.

Step 6: Finish the bonus game

The round ends when you clear all 18 cards, or when there are no matches, no draw cards, and no Spark left. Partial runs still count as a result.

Simple Strategy

  • Play glowing matches before drawing.
  • When several cards glow, clear the one that reveals another card.
  • Save Spark until you are stuck or it opens a covered card.
  • Longer streaks score more, but reveals matter more than a tiny streak bonus.
